Henesii will happily process a store credit, exchange or refund for any full priced online purchases - this excludes earrings due to sanitary reasons. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Henesii offers a warranty period within the first 6 months of purchase. Henesii will happily send you a replacement item or repair your item if deemed faulty. 

Please note that we do not cover general wear and tear of your item.


Henesii is not responsible for any custom or clearance charges that you may incur.  We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Henesii will charge you postage.
