All parcels are traceable via the tracking number you will receive in an email upon confirmation of payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Henesii has a strict 7 day returns policy from the date of receiving your goods.
Please note that due to hygienic & sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer any return or exchange on earrings.
Henesii only offers credit notes on exchanges.
Henesii does not accept exchanges on sale items or items using a discount code or for change of mind.
If you believe your item is faulty please email photos to: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving goods.
CUSTOM & CLEARANCE CHARGES:
Henesii is not responsible for any custom or clearance charges that you may incur.
We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Henesii will charge you postage.
