All parcels are traceable via the tracking number you will receive in an email upon confirmation of payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Henesii will happily process a store credit, exchange or refund for any full priced online purchases - this excludes earrings due to sanitary reasons.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Henesii offers a warranty period within the first 6 months of purchase. Henesii will happily send you a replacement item or repair your item if deemed faulty.
Please note that we do not cover general wear and tear of your item.
CUSTOM & CLEARANCE CHARGES:
Henesii is not responsible for any custom or clearance charges that you may incur.
We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Henesii will charge you postage.
